Mold Positive: Final 

For the clay part of this project I had to cast three times. Once to clean out the mold, twice because there was still some excess plaster and some foam that came off the mold onto the clay. And finally a third and final time.

For each of my casts I had a problem of the clay ripping mostly due to the detail of my piece. Some spots would dry faster than others and the clay would start to shrink around the small details. For my final attempt before I was able to demold cracks started to form on the back. During the demolding process however, part of the clay ripped off but we were able to fix it using excess slip 

Surprisingly it came out great looking
