CNC Machine Drawing: Final

   CNC Machine Drawing: Final

Here I am using Grasshopper to add lines between the closed curves to have that cross-hatching and sketchy look.

The final drawing in rhino with all the individual sections sorted into layers.

50 minutes of footage sped up to 1:34 minutes.

The test is complete, now is the time to fix a few things. Mainly the spacing between the hatching needs to be larger, and a border should be added.

After messing around with the drawing printed it again. I ran into some trouble as the code would stream into a .tap file, I solved this by copying all of the code and pasting it into a text document.

I was happy with how these came out however, I submitted my project to the Thumb Gallery for Gallery Crawl and was asked to change a few things about my drawing. Mainly the drawing needed to be smaller and preferably in colour.
I downsized by drawing to 13" by 20" and printed it twice, once with coloured markers and the other with a black Sharpie.

Part of the marker drawing was off-centred so I chose to continue with the black and white drawing and coloured it in pencil crayons instead.

The final drawing I submitted for Gallery Crawl.
