The last project I did a simple floral pattern, so for this project I wanted to do something more complicated. I tasked myself to make a sketch and replicate it in Rhino.

I started off sketching just anything that came to my mind, while I wanted the project to be more complicated than the last, ultimately I wanted to make something that was fun and for me. As I started working in Rhino I played with the composition and changed the sketch. 

Unfortunately, this drawing has taken me longer than I thought it would. Trying to keep the sketchy lines while transferring them into Rhino was a lot of closed curves and took hours to complete. As of right now, I am working to join and clean up the lines, then I will play with Grasshopper. 

In Grasshopper I plan to fill the curves with tight crosshatching to mimic different pen weight lengths.
